Our values and practices at Human Ecology are rooted in our strong convictions, which are derived from our faith in the God of the Bible.

These values shape the way we do our work and how we treat our clients, our partners and our environment. All of our personal and team development tools have been designed around these values to enable our clients to flourish as human beings.

One of our commitments as a company, derived from our values, is to give a minimum of 10% of all our profits to charitable causes. We administer our charitable finance through a fund, The Orchard Trust.

We also commit 10% of our client time to not-for-profit work, on an expenses-only basis.
