•  The full preparation of the intervention by a Human Ecology consultant in consultation with the Team Leader
•  Diagnostic profiling of each member of the team using a range of online PEP tools as advised
•  Comprehensive report for each member exploring their styles, strengths, issues and impact in the team
•  2 hour interviews and coaching sessions with each member of the team as a minimum
•  A written report on the strengths, styles, challenges and development issues of the team
•  A develoment event prepared and facilitated by your Human Ecology consultant to overcome issues  interfering with team performance
•  The online monitoring of the team members in their own personal development goals over the subsequent 12 months.
