| r As well as working with you to build your online system, we will train and licence your HRD department to get the most out of your system.
Building the online system* The intial stage involves developing a pilot system to run for a small number of your staff (50-100). Working with a Human Ecology Project Manager, a pilot system will be developed within a month and trialed over an appropriate period of about 2-4 months. Once you are happy with the concept and have refined your implementation spec, your online system will be built to your requirements. This may include:

Training your staff During this time, we would train your HRD department to use, manage and get the most out of the system. This may include:
Typically, we expect a ratio of one trained PEP trainer to 250 trainees. For example, to run the system for the minimum order size of 1000, a minimum of 4 trained staff would be needed. This ratio may be higher if more 1:1 coaching work is expected. The trained staff are then PEP registered and licensed for 12 months on an annual renewable licence basis.
Using your system Batches of PEP assessment passes can then be purchased from us on an as-need basis* at cost. Your online system will generate your passes automatically, for you to distribute to your trainees and use within a defined period (for instance 12-24 months). Within that period, you can use them as you choose. You can then analyse your evaluations with your online statistical software. We will provide your HRD department with ongoing supervision in your work, to ensure the highest level support in using the tool.
