Human Ecology, we are committed to protecting your privacy. You
can travel through much of our site without giving us any information
about yourself. But use of any of the PEP psychometric online tools
requires you to provide information about yourself. Without this
information we are unable to provide the services that you request,
and this statement of privacy explains data collection and use in
those situations. Please read the complete Human Ecology privacy

The
Services and links of our web site
Our
web sites do not enable our visitors to communicate with other visitors
or to post information to be accessed by others. Additionally, our
web sites do not include links to third party web service providers.
Collecting
your personal information
In
general, you can visit Human Ecology web sites without telling us
who you are and without revealing any information about yourself.
However there may be occasions when you choose to give us personal
information, for example, for the purposes of receiving further
information from us. We will ask you when we need information that
personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. In addition
purchase of any of our online PEP psychometric tools requires you
to give us information about yourself.
The use of some resources on our web sites is restricted to registered,
subscribing clients and requires either the completion of an online
registration process or the use of registration information provided
by your Human Ecology registered coach.
Use
of cookies and automatic data collection
We
do not automatically log personal data nor do we link information
automatically logged by other means with personal data about specific
individuals. We do not use cookies to store personal data nor do
we link non-personal information stored in cookies with personal
data about specific individuals.
Log
files
Like
most web site providers, we analyse server log files to collect
statistical information about how our web sites are used. This type
of information is collected only at an aggregate level and includes
browser types, Internet service providers, referring / exit pages,
platform types, date/time stamps and other broad demographic data.
Such data is not linked to personally identifiable information.
Use
of your personal information
We
collect the personal data that you may volunteer while using our
services. We do not collect information about our visitors from
other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organisations.
We do not collect or use personal data for any purpose other than
that indicated below:

technical administration of our web sites
- To
send you marketing information when you request it.
If
we wish to use your personal data for a new purpose, we offer you

you register, or otherwise give us personal information, Human Ecology
will not share that information with third parties without your
permission, other than for the limited exceptions listed below.
Human Ecology will disclose your personal information, without notice,

such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the
edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Human Ecology
or its web sites; (b) protect and defend the rights
or property of Human Ecology and its web sites, and, (c)
act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety
of users of Human Ecology, its web sites, or the public.
Security
of your personal information
We
intend to protect the quality and integrity of your personally identifiable
information and we have implemented appropriate technical and organisational
measures to do so. Human Ecology uses a secure server in a locked
location to ensure that online data is secure at all times. Human
Ecology uses a Thwate certified online payment system, provided
by World Pay, for all personal and corporate financial information
that is transmitted online. We guarantee the highest level of security
available from this provider in using this service.
We give you the option of using a secure transmission method to
send us the following types of personal data:

personal data (such as name and contact details)

(such as credit card details, web site password)
We
have implemented security policies, rules and technical measures
to protect the personal data that we have under our control from:

email request must be followed up with written proof of identity
(see below). Note: The period of 40 days in which the organisation
must respond to the request will not commence until written proof
of identity has been received.
Requests
can not be made by telephone or any other means.
Proof of Identity
Regardless of the original means of request (letter or Email), Human
Ecology will require proof of identity before releasing personal
data. This may be provided in the following forms:
A paper
copy of a bank statement, utility bill or other company letter
sent to you, or;
A paper
copy of your driving license, passport or benefits book.
Proof
of identity should be signed and dated by you and sent to the address
above with a stamped addressed envelope for return of proof.

of the data and the purposes of processing the data. (Human
Ecology does not disclose personal data to 3rd parties so this
information will not be included).

Ecology will occasionally update this privacy statement. When we
