Monitor
The Monitor allows you to track the changes and developments of your personality and behaviours over months and even years.

Being able to monitor the development a person in key performance areas is something self-reporting psychometrics have never been able to do.

Yet measuring learning and development is essential if training or coaching is to assessed. Up to now costly 360 feedback systems have been required; but the PEP changes all of that.....
