Human Ecology selects against a rigorous competency model and defined levels of expertise. These include:

 

1. A minimum of 5 years client training and development experience
2. Level B BPS training
3. A history of supporting case studies
4. Evidences of current levels of performance and quality
5. References supporting statements of expertise
