The Construct has been designed to unpack the hidden corporate culture within a team, group or whole organisation. It is a web-based system which analyses the unconscious expectations, standards and concepts created by the culture of that collective group.

 

The Construct generates a model of the current culture in the group through a process of psychological mapping, delivered by the Construct web based platform. Models of different parts of the organisation, or the overall culture can be generated. The Construct model uses the same conceptual language as the Arena and the Personal Ecology Profile, so that that the tools can reinforce each other. In this way the impact of personalities and team roles can be linked up with organisational culture.
