The
Arena is a simulator programme which, unlike the Personal
Ecology Profile (PEP), tests a person's response to different
situations and relationships.
Working
on the same psychological basis as the PEP, the web based Arena
system creates inter-personal simulations, tests responses and
builds reports, compiling a versatile profile of situational behaviour. The
Arena model uses the same conceptual language as the
Construct and the Personal Ecology Profile,
so that that the tools can reinforce each other. In this way the
impact of personalities and team roles can be linked up with organisational
culture.
It
can help a person understand
-
The role they are playing in a team
-
The
way another person, situation or culture is affecting them
-
How
they would behave in a future situation
The
Arena can be used for
